Time-based Tube Map

“Attention London tube map freaks: Oskar Karlin, whom we’ve met before, designed a new map of the London Underground as a design project. “I knew couldn’t just do a normal re-design; something had to be added. I started thinking what’s different in the world now from when the map was designed and one thing that are different today is time.” MORE ➲

Tube maps

Originally designed by London Underground employee Harry Beck, the first tube map simplified the presentation of the locations of underground railway stations. It has since been widely copied and parodied.

About
di4ent is an experiment. It's a collection of topical rotating wunderkammeresque distractions and delights. In other words, every month I'll choose four topics that I'd like to learn more about, or that I already find interesting and want to explore. Every weekday there will be a new post in each of the four topics. I decided to start it to give form and aim to my endless online wanderings. Plus I just like creating work for myself. So, I guess it's an online experiment in learning, linking, research and wasting time.
