Salinger Grocery Lists to be Published

“Those few who have seen the source material speak enthusiastically about the project. Darthmouth’s Professor T.P. Evans, a noted Salinger scholar, said, ‘It’s really amazing, a rare insight into the workings of a transcendent intellect. The way he positions creamed corn between toilet paper and Jell-O suggests a sense of urban isolation in the post-modern world.’ MORE ➲

Grocery lists

All those little scraps of paper you write the things you’re going to buy down on? Yeah, they’re fascinating. No, really! Have a look.

About
di4ent is an experiment. It's a collection of topical rotating wunderkammeresque distractions and delights. In other words, every month I'll choose four topics that I'd like to learn more about, or that I already find interesting and want to explore. Every weekday there will be a new post in each of the four topics. I decided to start it to give form and aim to my endless online wanderings. Plus I just like creating work for myself. So, I guess it's an online experiment in learning, linking, research and wasting time.
